The Architecture and Design
The building symbolizes socialist architectural parameters by employing smooth lines and geometrical form elements and functional features.
The structure reaches a total height of 125 meters (410 feet) while distributed across 17 stories. The exterior elevation features precast concrete panels organized into stacked vertical bands of glass and stone sections. This building design creates a unique external look for the architecture as well as promotes futuresque aesthetics.
